• To keep internal records and maintain reasonable archives, including concerning as to enquiries, bookings, contracts, services, and complaints.

We may disclose your personal data to any supplier with whom we make any enquiry concerning or book any travel or other products and services for you as agent (whether as agent for you, someone representing you, or the supplier). Where we provide your personal data to a third party one of the following two circumstances will apply:

1. RIGHT OF ACCESS
Our privacy policy is not a contract, nor does it form part of any contract. You have certain non-contractual rights in accordance with legislation. Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancellation policy

For all bookings:

When you book we will ask you for a credit card / debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. Credit/debit cards are checked for validity. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation. We require your card details to guarantee your booking. We will give you a reference number and send confirmation.

We know plans change. Contact us up to 24 hours before arrival to cancel free of charge. Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms The cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, otherwise a full nights charge will apply as compensation for loss.

Policy for a booking of 3-10 rooms The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 2pm (the hotels check-in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 10-23 rooms The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 2pm (the hotels check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.

What if you have to cancel?
In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attempt to fill your room If your room cannot be filled, the hotel will debit your card with the cost of one nights stay.Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received by our Reservations Manager, at which time you will be given a cancellation number relating to the date and time of your call. This is important and must be kept by you as it is your record that a cancellation has been made and recorded.

Advance Purchase reservations require full payment at the time of booking. These reservations are non-transferable & non-refundable.

had such a fab time with my family here on sunday, room, location food,service,decor all amazing, cant wait to come back next . staff were all super friendly and santas cottage was amazing too, only thing was music finished early so we went to pub accross the road would have rathered stayed at whistldown!

It's always a pleasure to return home to Warrenpoint and the Whistledown. The rooms are just lovely, the restaurant and food excellent, but the best thing is the welcome from Colm and Sarah's ever-friendly staff in reception, bar and restaurant. Terrific value too. We can't wait to come back and be spoilt again!

Lack of carpark a downside although found roadside parking near enough, and the choice and quality of tv channels in the room was poor. But overall I would be back, beautiful hotel, well decorated, and good friendly staff

I had the most amazing weekend , staff were friendly and extremly helpful, the food was out off this world , and hotel was warm comfy relaxing , and really lovely decorated for up for Christmas. Can't wait to go back :)))
